By using Adrian Fence USA services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
Adrian Fence USA provides:
    •    Fence installation
    •    Fence repair
    •    Custom fence design
    •    Gate installation and automation
All services include labor and materials as agreed in written estimates or contracts.

2. Estimates & Pricing
    •    All estimates are based on current material and labor costs
    •    Prices may change if project scope changes
    •    Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins

3. Payments
Payment terms may include:
    •    Deposit (typically required to start project)
    •    Progress payments (if applicable)
    •    Final payment upon completion
Accepted methods may include:
    •    Cash
    •    Zelle
    •    Check
    •    Other approved methods

4. Scheduling & Delays
    •    Project timelines are estimates
    •    Delays may occur due to:
    ◦    Weather
    ◦    Permits
    ◦    Material availability
    ◦    Site conditions
We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

5. Permits & Compliance
    •    Permits may be required depending on the project
    •    Client may be responsible unless otherwise agreed
    •    All work is performed in accordance with local regulations

6. Property Access
Client agrees to:
    •    Provide access to the property
    •    Ensure work areas are clear and accessible
    •    Secure pets and remove obstacles

7. Warranty
We may provide a workmanship warranty depending on the project.
This does not cover:
    •    Damage caused by misuse
    •    Natural events (storms, floods, etc.)
    •    Normal wear and tear

8. Liability
Adrian Fence USA is not responsible for:
    •    Pre-existing property issues
    •    Underground utilities not disclosed
    •    Delays beyond our control

9. Communication (SMS & Calls)
By contacting us, you agree to receive:
    •    Calls and text messages regarding your project
    •    Appointment confirmations and updates
